DELIVERY

Every Mr.PianiK order is carefully prepared and shipped worldwide with DHL or UPS. All parcels are fully insured for their declared value and tracked end-to-end.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over €400.

For orders under €400, shipping costs range from €45 to €105 depending on the destination.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Each garment is carefully prepared and shipped without boxes or hangers to ensure pristine condition during transit. If you would like to receive your order with original brand boxes or hangers, please contact us before checkout — additional charges may apply.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you see the full cost of your order upfront, with no surprises at delivery, and customs clearance is faster and smoother.

If you ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your country's customs authority may require you to pay local VAT upon import. Where possible, this is calculated and collected at checkout.

Shipments to the United States

U.S. Customs may occasionally request additional information from the recipient, such as an IRS number (SSN or EIN) or other identification details. This is a standard procedure under U.S. import regulations and does not involve any additional cost. Providing this information promptly when requested will help avoid delivery delays.

RETURNS

If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to return an item

Notify us within 14 days of delivery by filling out our Withdrawal Form (https://mrpianik.it/pages/withdrawal) or emailing info@mrpianik.it with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will reply with detailed instructions. You then have up to 14 days from delivery to ship the items back.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging, labels and accessories (dustbag, container, etc.) included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mrpianik.it. We will arrange the return at no cost and proceed with a replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days on the original payment method.
